• Late payment may pause work.
• E‑invoices issued to client data.

6. Copyright & Licenses

• Copyright of supplied materials remains with their owners.
• Rights to produced work transfer / licensed per agreement.
• Provider may showcase the work unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

• Provider exercises due professional care.
• No liability for misuse contrary to instructions.
• Liability capped at fee paid unless mandatory law states otherwise.

8. Complaints

Report issues via contact form or social profiles within 14 days describing the problem and expected resolution.
